I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Faulkner Cadillac in Trevose, and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had, hands down! This was largely due to the exceptional service provided by Ben Roberts, my consultant through the process.

From the moment I contacted the dealership, Ben made me feel at ease and comfortable. He listened attentively to my needs and concerns and was extremely knowledgeable about the specific needs I requested. He also went above and beyond to find the best deal possible for my extremely unique situation.

Throughout the entire process, Ben was professional, courteous, and patient. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Tim, his manager, was also fantastic; easy to speak to and available to answer any additional questions I had.

Faulkner made sure that the financing process went very smoothly for me as well, and I’m beyond appreciative of the super attention to detail throughout the process.

I have a Cadillac Escalade which I purchased in 2014 from Faulkner Cadillac Trevose, I have only used Faulkner service to maintain this vehicle for years and my vehicle is running great! I invested in an aftermarket warranty (Not Faulkner) which always seem to squeeze their way out of paying for problems that are covered. Fantastic Service Managers, Service Writers and of course the service techs who work on your vehicle. Loaners are available for the day and over night! You are treated with respect and as a valued customer. You will be kept informed on the progress of your vehicle. You will get your car back clean and washed. Yesterday I had the easiest and most pleasant experience at a car dealer ever! After searching for a new car for my mother for over a month and getting the run around at every dealer I decided to call Faulkner Cadillac. I have to admit I did not have high hopes at all. Sales associate Ben Roberts was beyond amazing. He was honest and efficient and got me a fair price after having over 7 dealers waste my time. Ben worked my deal over the phone and when I got to the dealer all we had to do was sign and drive! Best experience in my 30 years purchasing vehicles.
