I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. Everyone there made it an amazing experience. I worked with Misha one of the sales reps and he was awesome! He made sure I understood everything my vehicle had to offer and went out of his way to help me purchase the best car! Even the financial part of purchasing the car was a great experience. Everything was explained in complete detail and I felt like I had a complete understanding of everything that I signed! Again I highly recommend!!

As many are, I was wary of the car-buying experience. I hadn't bought a car from a dealership in quite a while. I am happy to report that it was a wonderful experience! I was able to easily make an appointment to test drive and was not constantly nagged. I love the ability to communicate through text. Rob was fantastic to work with. He was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured. I was able to get extra coverage and still stay close to my goal monthly payment. I am so grateful for everyone I worked with at Faulkner. Thank you so much!

I had read very good reviews about this dealership, and my personal experience was excellent as well. Their website allows you to negotiate, input all the required information without the need to haggle in person or spend hours at the dealership. By the time I arrived, my SUV was ready, and all I had to do was sign paperwork. It was super smooth. The service I received and interaction was very nice and pleasant. I went completely out of the way from another state to come here, and it was totally justified. They handled all the out of state paperwork. Their prices are a lot better than other dealerships I had been monitoring for months. Definitely recommend this dealership. Ask for Robert!

Faulkner made it easy. I was sent a service reminder and scheduling the appointment was almost easy. Requesting the oil change and tire rotation was part of the selections but I thought it was odd to have to enter annual inspection into a comment box. Isn't that a normal service? Arriving at the service center was a little confusing. There was a sign to pull forward but no one was there to direct me. I exited my car and entered the desk area, there were 4 people there and no one greeted me or even acknowledged I was present for a few minutes while they continued their water cooler talk. I received a few text messages while I was waiting but it wasn't helpful to understand the service. I would have preferred a summary by a human at the end of the service to better understand what condition my car was in and what future expenses I should plan for. Instead I was only told the car was finished and walked to the cashier to pay. Other dealerships have a much better service department but i own Mazdas now and not another brand. I probably will continue to use Faulkner to service my 2 vehicles because they are convenient. Some small tweaks would elevate the service department experience and capture my loyalty.

Great experience at Faulkner Mazda! My service advisor, Mark, kept me informed throughout the process. They sent me videos of my vehicle, taken by the technician, showing any concerns 🤯. I prefer text messaging and he was responsive and informative throughout the process. I love the communication and I highly recommend them for your service needs. I love this little post office. They are extremely friendly and helpful!

I honestly don't know HOW anyone can rate this place bad, most post offices close early this one is open late, secondly it's a small town and the mail women and mailman know you by name and if they don't the first time they will when you come in next. This isn't a large hub office where you will have the fancy gadgets or fast paced attributes that they do these days. What you get here is friendly, warm and inviting service, the basic supplies and quick service. These people haven't forgotten what a home town post office should be, I'd much rather go here then any other crowded new hub with people that can't take time to say hello.
