FAULKNER BUICK- GMC

I was very happy with my experience at Faulkner GMC. Michael Durie had everything ready to go when I showed up and he delivered what he promised over the phone. However, I threw Michael a curveball and changed my mind about the GMC Acadia after seeing the brand new GMC Sierra AT4 Duramax 3.0. Michael changed gears with me and showed me the trucks I liked. He was very knowledgeable about the options, engines and 2023 updates. I was able to find the exact truck I wanted and he had me out on the road for a test drive in no time. He went over the features and that’s when I knew this was the right vehicle for me.
We started going over finance options and that was when I met Michael’s manager Warren Brady. Warren and Michael worked out a deal with me that I was happy with. After dealing with another dealer who wouldn’t work with me I was very happy these guys were. Jeff in finance worked with me as well and he set me up with a good extended warranty and made the paperwork painless. I’m looking forward to using Faulkner for my maintenance because I know my truck will be in good hands. Thanks again everyone who helped me get my dream truck!

Our service rep John was very accommodating to us. He drove our car into the garage area for us, he looked for all the available discounts and he looked out for my mom as she waited for the car to be done. Car was finished in less than the 2 hours quoted and we were on our way with a reasonable bill and happy. It was a very streamlined and easy experience.

Service was fantastic. Communication was great. I appreciate that service called me before deciding to do the services that were suggested. My only complaint is that when I came in on 8/29/22 around 6:30 to pick up my keys and invoice, I stood in front of the cashier for over 5 minutes before she noticed I was standing there because it was clear she was extremely invested in social media on her phone. When she noticed I was standing there she laughed and said "you should have said something to me". I was in full uniform from work and I know that my movements in it aren't exactly quiet. Thanks again for great service.
