Five Stars all the way for Mark and the crew at Craig Cimino's! The process was seamless from estimate to repair to completion. Mark worked with me directly as the insurance company, I won't mention the name but if they spent less on NFL players and more on customer service and estimators they would get a good review too but sadly the will not! Mark kept me up to date as the work progressed and finished a day earlier than promised! As great as the work is I hope not to use their services again, but will not hesitate to return if needed!

Great service! I recently had an accident just as my 2021 car was about one year from purchase. Craig and his staff could not have been easier to work with and the results were awesome. Once I told my insurance company I was using Cimino's Craig handled everything else. From arranging my rental car to any supplemental work needed he handled everything. What a pleasure to only speak to my insurance company just one time! Today my car looks as good as the day I bought it. Thanks Craig!

Craig and his team did a fantastic job! Walked away with a huge smile 🙂 there were so many dents, scratches, paint peeling, rust on the wheel wells, basically this truck was screaming for a face lift and boy did they deliver and in a timely manner. Bottom half was grey, now all red, mouldings got removed, broken head lights repaired, the gaping hole of rust around the wheels got patched up, deep dent on corner got filled in, back window got replaced credit: Owen's, plus little odd things. Just so happy with them, would highly recommend. Thanks again for a job well done!
