Update: Matt totally helped us when our suburban was egged recently. He got us in right away so the paint isn’t damaged more. I will not go anywhere else for detailing service.

I would send some of the " businesses" to this place to get some training on how to take care of their customers. I drove there to get my headlights done on my x5 and Matt took really good care of me. No BS- honest, professional and excellent communication. I was welcomed as soon as I entered the shop and was given the service that I have expected. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

These guys always take great care of me and my truck and I'm the worst type of customers when it comes to my truck because I'm super super picky about my truck I don't trust most places and I have had the do my truck 3 or 4 times now and probably twice this year as well

When my car has suffer some water damage due to my sun roof being left opened I called this place for a car detail and they were able to schedule me for same week. Had the inside and outside of my Ford Explorer detailed and they did an amazing job. The car is spotless and they even got all the dog hair. I couldn’t be more happier and would highly recommend this place. Not only do they do great work the price is very reasonable!!

My son, Danny, has been going to this Kindercare since he was 4 months old (he just turned 3). I cannot say enough great things about this place and how much he loves it. Danny is not a big fan of change, and is a bit slow to come out of his shell. Each morning, Ms. Lorraine and Ms. Karen go out of their way to welcome him and get him excited to go into the classroom. Ms. Lorraine even made him a Mickey Mouse crown for his birthday since she knows how much he loves him! His teachers, Ms. Ally and Ms. Patty, make an effort to know what he’s interested in and he’s always coming home and talking about them and how much fun he had at school. The entire staff, including all of his past teachers, have all been so caring and attentive throughout his time there and I couldn’t think of a better place for him to spend his time when he isn’t with us. This center truly is like family to him. We love it!

I love this facility and staff! My family recently relocated to Charlotte, NC and we were so sad to leave our daycare home. Below is the letter I wrote to the Westtown Kindercare Director during our last week together:

Lorraine,
I want to thank you for taking such great care of Mason over the past 15 months.

My mother-in-law had taken care of Finnley as a baby so this has been my first experience with a daycare facility. I was sick to my stomach when Mason was a newborn and I was touring local facilities; I just wanted him home with me or with his grandparents. Westtown Kindercare was the first facility where I didn't want to cry during my tour. I told my husband that I wanted Mason to go to Kindercare and we would figure out the cost somehow; which we did!

In InfantA, Miss Becky and Miss Katie took such great care of him and I felt I could trust them to keep him safe and secure during the day. Then Covid hit and he stayed home with me for 5 months or so and we all struggled to acclimate him again to the daycare routine. I knew he was in good hands with his new teachers (Miss Holly and Miss Tina) and with you and Miss Karen. You even allowed him to bring his blankie to school and I laugh everytime I see his pictures on the Kindercare App with his blankie in tow (he looks like Linus!)

Mason has been thriving over the past few months and I see him building new skills and growing in confidence everyday. He is happy to go to school and this has been such a relief to me and my "mom guilt". My favorite part of my day is watching him walk out of his classroom at the end of the day with Miss Patty or with that young man who works in the evenings; my heart explodes when I see him hustling to me at the door with his lunch box and blankie!

I know I told you this in the past but I recommend Westtown Kindercare to everyone in the area with little kids.

Please thank your staff for me! We will miss you all and can only hope to find another daycare home like yours in our new town in NC.

My son has been going to Kindercare Westtown since he was 11 months old. He is now 13 months old and I can happily say that our experience with KC has been fantastic. A few good things I really like about this specific daycare is that the teachers seem to have been there a long time which is good sign that this company is taking care of their associates which is important to me. There are LOTS of windows! We are big on outdoor time so at the very least when they are inside they can get some natural light and see outside. And the biggest deciding factor for us was that they serve lunch which is worth its weight in gold. Vegetarian options aren't the best but we make sure we balance him out with a good dinner at home afterward.
Definitely recommend.

Had full ceramic coating done by Matt and his team at Auto Magic. Couldn't be more pleased. Car was ready when promised and the treatment was done about as close to perfect as possible. Highly recommended.

I would give 6 stars if the system allows. I was skeptical about sending my daughter to a daycare. She started going to Westtown kinder care when she was around 1.8 years old. Went there for almost 2 years until the centers closed because of Covid-19. She absolutely loved the daycare.Her teachers in each class are really attentive,caring,loving and what not!! . Center director herself knows each parent and kid by name and goes to their classes randomly telling them stories and interacting with them! Unfortunately we had to move out of west chester but i would recommend this day care to anyone any day!! Thanks a lot for the great experience!!

Very happy with the Westtown KinderCare. I have a child in the infant room, who despite his young age, gets very excited to see the teachers, seems cared about and well taken care of throughout the day. All the staff are extremely friendly and knew my and my son by our first names from day one. I'm extremely comfortable having him there. Its very comforting to know some of the loveliest people are looking after your child! Also the communication is great and the curriculum is wonderful, even for infants!
