Took my vehicle to John at Cottman to check the transmission shifting and fluids and general maintenance on a few engine troubles as well. Everything was fixed and they had me on the road in a very short time. The staff was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and fast in their service. I have no complaints at all about my experience and highly recommend to anyone to have their car serviced here.

I needed my transmission fixed i got in contact with Cottman Transmission which from the beginning of my phone call the owner Mr. John was kind , professional, very humble and had explain in detail what he could think of that would be wrong with my transmission. I told him that i was on a budget and he worked with me and gave me a really reasonable price to get my 2002 Ford Escape back on the road. Cottman transmission replaced my transmission. They was fast, and reliable.
When my vehicle was returned it was making a grinding noise that previously wasn't there. I returned and without hesitation they tried to locate the issue. After multiple visits, because the issue seemed to be intermittent, they resolved the noise.
Apparently when they disassembled and reassembled the vehicle, something was misaligned. No problem. They fixed it and my vehicle is running the way it should.
I would like to point out as frustrating as my issue was the shop was dedicated to being certain I was pleased. Which I must say I am very pleased.
They went well above and beyond what some shops might to be absolutely sure my vehicle was roadworthy.
I would like to publicly thank them for their dedication to resolving my vehicle problem.
