I spent 3hrs at MVA and had two employees tell me I needed completely different things and ultimately getting nothing accomplished. Stopped by Carela, was promptly greated by the friendly staff, then they were able to solve the issue in minutes. Overall time 15 minutes car registered and new plates. Absolutely amazing, could not be happier!!!!! Do not waste your time waiting weeks for an appointment, then waiting hours for your so called scheduled appointment. Go directly to Carela and get it done by the friendly, efficient and professional staff.

Absolutely Phenomenal services by Carela Tag & Title. They are extremely knowledgeable in all DMV facets. Joselin is very professional but yet personable. Always on time and go the extra mile if something is missing. Keep up the amazing work.

The best place ever!!! My husband was picking up the Semi-truck from Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers and needed a temp IRP TAG to drive the truck from Maryland to Illinois, all the paperwork was done within 20 minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Thanks again Carela Tag and Title!
