I can't sing their praises enough. If I could give TEN stars, I wound! I found the Cabinet Factory after my contractor told me that the cabinet company he used was backed up for approx 8 weeks, so I took matters into my own hands. I spoke with Joe, who was incredibly attentive and practiced outstanding customer service. He provided me with 2 companies and long story short, I had my cabinets in the navy color that I was looking for in **48 Hours** !!! Joe followed up when his driver was picking up the cabinets and again when they arrived to Cabinet Factory. He even followed up a week later to see how everything went. The cabinet quality is great and at a great price. I recommend Joe and Cabinet Factory Claymont to anyone and everyone who is renovating their home. Best service & best product !!

In the middle of a terrible customer experience at the cabinet place up the street, my partner fortunately googled nearby cabinet salespeople and found Cabinet Factory Claymont and their great reviews.

Joe immediately welcomed us in and asked about our project. After our previous experience down the street he was able to exceed our expectations just by being a normal person who would sell us some cabinets if we were interested, but on top of that he was very knowledgeable and kind. After showing us some cabinet styles he sat down with our design, made necessary adjustments and some great suggestions, and provided us with an estimate.

We followed up by email with some adjustments and questions and Joe gave us several estimates to help us make our decision. We decided to go with them for our kitchen project and so far have been very pleased.

We wanted to do an Ikea kitchen, but were very concerned about the current shipping time on many items. Our cabinets from Cabinet Factory shipped in less than two weeks, come fully assembled, and actually ended up costing less than Ikea at an equal or better quality. The care that Joe took to ensure our design would work in our space was very reassuring as well.

They Never disappoint!!! I’ve used Cabinet Factory before and I was thrilled with the cabinets. So this was a no brainier when I needed to do my next kitchen, My cabinets are solid wood and absolutely beautiful, thanks to my designer Allison. She knows her stuff and it shows. I am one happy customer!!

First, a little back story. My mother and I were so nervous about choosing a company to purchase our Kitchen cabinets from. I mean, I feel like we have all heard so many kitchen cabinet horror stories regarding other companies and weren't sure how to choose a reliable company. This is my mother and my first kitchen remodel. However, after meeting with Michele at The Cabinet Factory, we were blown away by how friendly and professional she as well as Mike and the rest of the team are.

We worked with Michele almost exclusively and she was was fabulous. She was so knowledgable, patient and friendly. She designed us a beautiful kitchen with white cabinets. She walked us through the design process in detail and was very patient with all of our continual changes to the design along the way ( and there were many).

Now, I was installing the kitchen and definitely could not have done it without all of Michele's guidance and tips. She even came out to the house to double check my measurements for me which was great. Also, this kitchen design was not easy because it involved the moving of an appliance and soffit. I can't thank Michele enough! I have and will continue to recommend The Cabinet Factory to any and everyone I come across who needs a new kitchen or bathroom vanity. They even made the ordering and the delivery of the cabinets a snap!

In addition, The Cabinet Factory was way less expensive (with better quality products) than any other cabinet store (or big box store) we had looked at and with a much better design as well! It was shocking to me as all other stores were nearly double the cost of The Cabinet Factory! How can you beat that! You just cant go wrong with The Cabinet Factory! Ask for Michele (you will thank me!).
