My fiance and i were looking to do some research on a mattress and loved the experience so much we ended up buying! Steve really helped us decide on pros and cons of matresses for our sleep preferences and put no pressure on us at all. He was patient as we asked tons of questions and even called colleagues to see all the promos he could get for us. We are so excited to have our new mattress for the new chapter in our lives. My experience at this mattress warehouse was excellent thanks to Steve who was so knowledgeable and customer oriented that it made buying a mattress a pleasure. When I had to return it for a different model he made it painless. Hats off to Steve for the best customer service ever.
