We as people who live in this town have to realize when we place a request that Maintenance has hundred s of request s and our request has been noted and will be taken care of asap. These guys saved the day for me today. I got a flat tire while I was out with my dog near their shop and was anxious about bringing my car somewhere that I've never been because of how dishonest people can be. I was almost certain they would try and sell me something I didn't need but that wasn't the case. They welcomed me and my (large) dog into the shop and even offered to give him water while we waited. It turned out that there was a large piece of metal stuck in my tire and not just a nail like I initially thought and told them. Still, they were able to plug it and save me lots of money when they could have easily just told me I needed a new one. I will be sure to keep you in mind in the future. Thanks again!

Personally, I enjoy living here. It's quiet, there's on-site laundry, off-street parking, daily landscaping and maintenance is very quick. 5-10 mins from many grocery stores and mechanics and about 15 minutes from the Deptford mall. Perfect for my first apartment. Plus, they allow pets :) Also, the online portal is really effective. It's never been easier to pay rent, look up payment history, put in maintenance requests, and etc. Would highly recommend for anyone thinking about applying. I applied at night and the next morning I received a call back and moved in 2 weeks later. Overall, just a very professional and worry-free apartment complex. All you need is the online portal. Pay your rent on time and you're set. lol

I was in need of help and Bill went out his way to help me with my tire. I am definitely going back they were very helpful and nice. Great place to go when you need something fixed on your vehicle.
