(November 12, 2019, 1:13 pm)The folks over at this location were fantastic in cleaning up the mess from another budget rental location on Baltimore pike. Long story short, the Baltimore pike location never notified me of a change in where to pick up my rental truck, never forwarded the reservation on to the Folcroft location (even though the day prior they said they would, and the folks over at the Folcroft location were left to clean up the situation. Thankfully, they ran through everything with me and got me out the door in a decent amount of time considering the circumstance.
