(January 20, 2023, 9:15 am)I am a preferred member and normally able to change cars on the app. In this location, I was given a car with expired tag. I couldn’t change it on the app. Had to get help from an agent. He was on the phone with someone and I wasn’t able to ask questions about the car that he was giving me. I’m lucky that I ended up with a good car, but I prefer them asking me before giving me another car.
It took the shuttle about 12 min to get to Avis when I returned the car. -

(July 24, 2022, 4:54 pm)From my arrival renting to returning my car I had a wonderful experience. Very friendly, helpful customer service. Both the gentleman that assisted me with my rental and the lady that checked my car in were both very kind, greeted me nicely, and were both helpful in making my experience with Avis a pleasant one. I appreciate that. The bus drivers to and from the terminal greeted me nicely which I appreciate and were very helpful. Minimal wait time for the bus... Plenty of space. I've been renting from Avis and now will stay with Avis. Keep up the good work, it doesn't go unnoticed.
