The Enterprise associate, Cameron Weaver at the Philadelphia International Airport location was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was quickly and courteously greeted and checked in. However, after my reserved class of rental car was not available due to sanitary conditions inside of two vehicles, Cameron quickly resolved the issue and I was out the door in short time. It was a pleasure to working with him. The total cost upon return was exactly what was estimated. I dropped off my rental car, received an e-mail receipt, and I was on my way home in less than five minutes. This was an extremely pleasant overall experience. Thank you and thanks to Cameron Weaver for his professionalism.

Get your next rental car from Enterprise, and thank me later! Customer service was outstanding, the speed of service was awesome. In and out, with the best car selection I've seen from competitor rental car services. And the car was clean, we were happy campers, the price could have been a bit more competitive but overall we were very satisfied! Good job Enterprise.

After having an awful experience with another rental service on a previous trip, we were bracing ourselves for a repeat — but the folks here were fantastic, y’all! The shuttle service was quick (the driver we had was named Mr. Philip I believe, and when he saw us unsure about how to catch the shuttle he was kind enough to open the door and ask before inviting us in), there was a limited wait time, and everyone we saw was really kind and welcoming. Mr. Calvin Jones was especially awesome- not only did he take care of us, but also gave us some great recommendations as for sights to see and how to navigate the areas we were interested in. Thank you to everybody for helping us have a great start to our weekend!
