Devon Audi has an Outstanding service department - I love the drive in / drive out drop-off receiving garage - all service writers and maintenance technicians have been wonderful to deal with - staff is always ready and prepared to receive your car, check you in, deliver the loaner in a jiff and just give you an overall feeling of preparedness, courtesy, professionalism, and first rate customer service. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend to anyone, Devon Audi as your Audi care and maintenance service provider. And also, they are very good at advising you about whichever recall notices have been issued and quick to resolve, at no cost to the customer, any recall issues needing to be addressed! All of my service visits and issues at Devon Audi have been handled in a manner that is always above and beyond that which I have come to expect from other less professional service organizations! Simply stated they are outstanding in every way!!
