I recently accompanied my daughter to Rafferty Subaru on her search for a used Subaru Crosstrek. The purchase experience was excellent. As a parent/customer I felt that they cared about helping my daughter. Everyone involved was invested in making sure my daughter had a good car buying experience.
That’s just the beginning. Several weeks after purchasing the car, a mechanical problem occurred. The car was brought to the shop, the problem was identified and Rafferty Subaru stood by its product and fixed it.

Bought a second Subaru from Rafferty and I couldn't be more excited! Working with my salesman Brad Dickerson was awesome. He was informative without pressure and diligent in tracking my car's arrival. My specialist Mike was "great" at showing me all of the features of my new car. Eli in finance was excellent as well. He was very considerate and friendly and made the painful finance portion easy and comfortable. All of the staff were terrific to work with. I look forward to owning another Rafferty Subaru!

I had a great experience at Rafferty Subaru. Larry Seavey was my salesman, and he gave me a great deal with a generous trade in. I got exactly the car I wanted in the space of three days from when I test drove the car until I took possession of it. All the staff are really helpful. From the person that did the paperwork, Eli Hash, to Mike Brenner who instructed on how to use the technology and the functions of the car. I was treated very well there, and they have a great service center behind the show room. The employees work as a team, and I would recommend to anyone this dealership. They sell a superior product. I'm a very happy customer.

Obviously it’s not a Subaru, it was a trade-in but going to Rafferty Subaru was a great experience. I dealt with Keith and he was beyond amazing. I left without the car but ended up going back the same day when I figured out what I needed to get it. He was very fast and professional but really down to earth. I don’t like dealing with people who are pushy or seem like all they care about it the sale and Keith was none of those things! Would 100% recommend. Plus, their waiting area is absolutely beautiful and it was so clean!

Dan Hash was very communicative throughout the whole process and a wealth of information. It was an absolute pleasure working with Chad dude knows his stuff. Mike was very helpful getting me acquainted with my new toy. That Subaru is a dream come true and an absolute wonderful ride.
