My husband and I were in this AE yesterday and were struck by how competent and friendly every employee was. That may sound like an unusual reason for 5 stars when we should expect this as the norm. But more frequently these days, we encounter the opposite. Staff were attentive, nice, and knew their products. Sarah, the manager there, was the same and especially helpful with a return then checking out. Thank you AE - we will be back!

Helpful, polite and caring staff. Everyone I encountered was just so sweet. I was there on a very busy shopping day and the store was packed. The staff was working very hard and you could tell because the store was very neat and organized. They were streamlining the check-out process and while the line was long it moved quickly. The lovely person in the fitting room was a dear. My purse fell and made a bit of noise while I was in the changing stall and they came to the door to ask if I was ok. Very kind if them ti do.

I love American Eagle. Their prices are reasonable and they always have good sales and their customer service is great. If they don't have what you need in store. Their shipping is excellent! I usually get my order within 2-3 days!
