This was my 2nd session and a variety of amazing techniques that differed from my 1st session but left me in the same complete calmness, relief and a much greater range of mobility. I am considered an extreme athlete that enjoys firm pressure, stretching and lots of heat packs. My expectations were exceeded!!! I am grateful for Jennifer's knowledge and talents!!!

(January 5, 2023, 11:53 am)Thanksgiving weekend 2022 I did something to my back. Don’t know what exactly—but there was a soreness and pain coming from the top right area of my back throughout the holidays into 2023. I was stretching daily and trying to do what I could to “work it out” but it was still this festering uneasiness. I pulled the trigger and reached out to Jess Beyer at Zen Landing and she had a cancellation and my work schedule is flexible so I was able to get in within a few days! And let me tell you—she combined traditional massage therapy with stretching, cupping and some other magic that she does and I left there feeling like my old self again!!! I don’t know why I waited so long to call her.
Jess is highly trained on many different forms of therapy and interventions and “reads your body” to see what is best for the issue you are having. Honesty she is pure magic and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

(November 24, 2022, 12:57 pm)I visited Zen Landing for a massage and foot treatment. Trish did a wonderful job. It was a half hour and I fully enjoyed it. I also had 2 problem areas which she worked on and felt much better afterward. I've already booked again. I also booked a yoga class. The shop is very cute and inviting.

(November 22, 2022, 11:54 am)I very much enjoyed the yoga class I took at Zen Landing. It was the first time I’ve taken yoga and I received a warm welcome and was offered adjustments for poses if I was struggling! I felt relaxed but at the same time I got a great stretch! I will be back!!

(November 20, 2022, 9:27 am)I attended my first workshop at Zen Landing Wellness Studio on 11/19/22. The teacher, Christine, was excellent at teaching how to read tarot cards. I loved the setting and I am definitely planning on trying more classes at the Zen Landing Studio.
