Having been in Patti’s classes for over 12 years I can say that she is an outstanding teacher. She is very attuned to her clients. Her queues are so on point using an exercise option when needed. She is very caring and interested in us as individuals when it comes to our exercise program. I am grateful that I can continue to be in her classes. And she appreciates her clients.

Patti is a master teacher. She is so encouraging and focused on how you can fine tune the exercises to continue to improve. Her classes have truly helped me with strength, balance, improved breathing, and overall confidence.

Patti is vary good at what she does and loves what she does. I've seen her interact with her clients and she takes personal pride in them. If anyone who plans on taking Pilates in the near future I recommend her hands down.

I have been doing Pilates with Patti for almost 15 years, first in group classes and for the past 5 years in private sessions at her home studio. Before that, I had several different Pilates teachers and not one came anywhere close to Patti’s ability. Not only is she is extremely knowledgeable, she is also very, very caring about every individual she works with. With me, she is aware of every problem and need I have. Every session is individualized to meet my specific needs at the moment. She often follows up with texts or emails after a session to see how I am doing. Regardless of your age or physical condition Patti can work with you to improve your wellbeing. I highly recommend Pilates and Patti McKelvey for a better life style!

I started Pilates lessons with Patti about 9 months ago. Within about ten sessions, I noticed a difference in my posture and the pain that I'd been dealing with in my neck. Patti was able to identify the muscle group that I'd been ignoring, transferring the weight to my neck and shoulders, and strengthen those muscles and get them working again.

It was pretty amazing... An important life change occurred through enjoyable 1:1 sessions filled with a lot of laughs. I would highly recommend Patti to anyone who is considering doing something positive for his/her well being!
