I started with a personal trainer, Tina, who has completely changed my view of working out and what my body is capable of doing. She is positive, encouraging, energetic, compassionate and there is zero shame in her approach. She is everything a trainer should be. She has kept me motivated to show up even when I’m not meeting with her.

(January 12, 2023, 9:06 am)I came in for a tour on the facility and I was greeted by a nice lady at the front desk. As I was inquiring about summer camp, I was introduced to Mr. Dave. His energy and personality was AMAZING and because of him I was completely SOLD. He showed me around and I can’t wait to pass by him when we’re utilizing the facility. My family and I are joining the Western YMCA! Thanks Mr. Dave!
