StretchLab was exactly what my body needed and I actually said aloud "I wish there was a business that could assist me with stretching". This is it! The owner will go out of her way to accommodate your schedule as well as communicate payments/bookings with you. The trainers focus on your specific needs and will help you achieve your goals. Location is convenient and very clean/relaxing.

Sure you can stretch on your own, but it will not compare to the benefits you will get after a few sessions with one of Kathy’s professional flexologists .Try it you will love it!

Had a really great experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Felt better than a massage. Definitely want to go back but prices are a little steep.

StretchLab Pike Creek is, as another reviewer said, outstanding. The space is consistently, spotlessly clean, very inviting and calming. Owner Kathy obviously takes great pride in her operation, from top to bottom. The health issue that brought me to try StretchLab was sciatica with residual leg and hip pain and the resulting hindered mobility. I'd been in PT with multiple visits weekly for four months. I was better than when I started, but progress was slow. I suspected more hands-on therapy as offered at StretchLab would yield better results than continuing with PT. I decided to try StretchLab, weekly visits for a few months, even though it's not covered by my insurance. That's too bad, because it should be with the results I got from the assisted stretches with Flexologist Kyle. Kyle always explained what he was going to do and what the intended result should be. I liked that he paid close attention to my goals and my progress. He was always conscious of not pushing too much to overextend muscles or joints, or cause pain. Kyle's treatments restored the flexibility I had lost, and I believe if I'd been going to Stretch Lab concurrently with PT, my recovery would have been markedly faster. I recommend StretchLab whole-heartedly.
