(April 10, 2023, 9:01 am)Great location.. Dale and Austin were extremely helpful and accommodating while downsizing and transferring my unit. There has been a noticeable improvement with cleanliness of the facility under the new management. I highly recommend this location.

Dale is a genuine, top notch, customer service professional, who made my current experience with this facility renew my belief in Extra Space Storage. If I didn’t have so much going on right now, I’d leave a more in-depth review of this facility now that they have such an awesome manager; However, I felt I had to take a moment of my time to Thank you for bringing on Dale M.!!! -

I had the Kofta platter and my partner had fattet beef shawarma. My side was baba ghanoush, my partner got tazatiki with pita bread.
Everything was fabulous, tasted great, large portions.
Friendly people working there.
It is a small place about 10 seats, can see all the food being cooked. -

I was more then satisfied, until I got to the physical store and met Destiny. With her bubbly personality and positive energy really brightened up my crummy day, not to mention, she also really looked out for me being in my situation and got me an even better deal to suit my situation. She single handedly found me the best deal possible. I will and already have recommended this storage unit to friends and family. I honestly couldn't be more satisfied.

(July 24, 2022, 6:18 pm)Such a cute cafe! I picked up take out yesterday and drove almost 20 min from Royersford (due to traffic), and I don't regret it. The food was fantastic. I hope you consider opening another location closer to me, I would be there often!

(July 8, 2022, 10:41 pm)Great lentel soup and beef shawarma. Freshly made and tasty. Good outside seating with views of life driving by. Enter and leave from the back (River road) to avoid the traffic. Falafel for dessert made for a great meal.
