Bought my new Honda CRV from Lou at VIP Auto Outlet. I live out of state and was a little nervous doing business over the phone. Lou was awesome. No high sales pressure, but very informative and helpful in explaining everything and helping me get my new car right to my driveway. Would recommend them for all your driving needs. I LOVE my car. We were referred to Eddie by another customer of his. We made a request and he didn’t stop looking until he found the car we wanted. He was professional, friendly, kind and quick. Appointment was quick. He’s very knowledgeable and patiently explained everything that we didn’t understand. We are so happy with our Honda purchase. Awesome Dealership.

Lou was my sales rep . What can I say one of the most professional non-sleazy like most car places you just think sleazy car salesman this is the opposite with this man this man is a class act all the way goes above and beyond to accommodate and literally delivered the car to my front door with the papers to sign it was all done in less than five minutes also was making arrangements for things like mats which were not in the car he’s treating me to those and also found a junkyard for my car that was hit by a deer. I recommend Lou as your sales go to man you won’t be unhappy! Oh and did I mention nobody could beat the prices . The car was thousands less for a 2017 mini Cooper with all the bells and whistle‘s I love it

I just purchased my second vehicle from Edwin and Lou. I bought my Ram 2 years ago and the Mopar ‘13 yesterday. Zero rust and impeccable interiors on both! The business is extremely fair and professional. I highly recommend VIP Auto Outlet!!
