I just purchased a Lexus and it was simple and easy thanks to the help from the wonderful employees. Joel was very helpful and kind. He made the buying process as easy and stress-free as possible. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone!

Everyone has always been helpful and friendly. I chose to stay once to wait for my car and I was able to work quietly with a latte and a sweet. This past time I borrowed a loaner and the woman at the desk was so nice and got the paper work through quickly. Kathy was in charge of all things with my car and she was excellent. Very pleasant and well prepared for my arrival. The video sent from the mechanic was clear and easy to understand. Overall experience an A+

I don’t know where to start! From the moment I stepped foot into BMW Mt. Laurel I was greeted and assisted with the greatest customer service experience I’ve encountered in a very long time. Every employee I walked by welcomed me and asked if i needed any help, offered me refreshments and seating.

My client advisor Amber Maniscalco provided PHENOMENAL, top-notch service with the purchase of my new BMW X5. I originally came to look at one vehicle which I found online and when I arrived, found out that it had just been sold. I told Amber I was looking to purchase that same weekend and she made it happen! Within an hour, she was able to track down another vehicle, which happened to be the exact color way and features that I wanted. This one even had extra specs that made it definitely more appealing. Throughout the entire process, Amber was so attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my selection. Whenever I called or emailed, she remained responsive and was always willing to answer any questions/concerns regarding the vehicle. I can’t say it enough, Amber is the epitome of what it means to provide great customer satisfaction!!!

The best part and most relieving thing about my experience was that, not once, did I ever feel pressured/rushed into this purchase or feel forced to add tons of packages like most dealers try to do. I had a great experience buying an X3 M40i from BMW of Mt. Laurel. This was the first time in my life where buying a new vehicle didn't feel adversarial -- Ky Williams was an excellent advisor and a true car guy.

The entire process was seamless. Ky was very attentive and quick to let me test drive multiple vehicles, as I was initially unsure of which BMW model was the right fit for me and my family. I never felt like a burden; on the contrary -- Ky and I would talk about the cars we've owned, and reminisce about some of the classics like the E38 7 Series and the E39 M5. Not to mention, all of this was taking place in the days leading up to Thanksgiving, a busy day for any business, let alone a car dealership.

Once I finally made a decision on which model I wanted to buy, it was a conveniently quick transaction. I was given a fair deal on my trade-in which was an easy process as well. I was never pressured into buying extraneous maintenance packages from the financing department. I haggled over a few things, but that's nothing out of the ordinary during the car buying process.

Ultimately I left feeling very satisfied with not only my new car, but the customer service I experienced at BMW of Mount Laurel.

BMW of Mt.Laurel by far is the best dealership experience that I ever had. From calling the dealer and speaking to George Wells, he stuck with me to the very end. There was no pressure, George answered all my questions and concerns. They are not only a BMW dealer but have great preowned vehicles. Look at this car. 20,000 miles 2017 and by far the cheapest, best showing that I found in 500 miles of New Jersey. My son enjoyed the experience in and out process no wasted time. Take my word and call Mr. Wells!!!!!
