Hoping for a hair refresh, I made an appointment for highlights at Ulta for the first time. Online experience to book the appointment was very easy and services clearly understood. My expert hair colorist, Cassie, was very friendly, professional and took the time to understand, help, provide expert feedback and assurance of a great result. My hair looks great. I am confident in my new look. The results and services were up to date in style and product so I highly recommend Ulta and Cassie for your next hair appointment! Thank you for the great experience. It's a great store, and the employees are always super friendly and helpful!! Every time I've had a question, someone has helped me (with a smile), and always made me feel valued. I try not to return things, but on the rare occasion I've had to, it's never been an issue. Their return policy is listed on their website, and they are always really helpful, so I highly doubt some of the negative reviews. Also, almost every coupon has restrictions that are listed in fine print. If you're unsure, just ask and they will tell you! I've never had a problem in this area, either. They're always very upfront about policy and discounts/points. The store is clean. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Products are wonderful, they have a great selection, and prices are easy to find. We shop at Ulta at least once a month, and will continue to.
