I have taken my car for service and they do a great speedy job, the waiting area has good accommodations to make your wait harmless. The Collision staff under Frank K. Supervision does an amazing, fast, and reliable service. The estimate and work performed by Jeff K. Is smooth and efficient. Great job on my needs and very passionate about their work ethics with the customers ☆☆☆☆☆

(January 3, 2023, 8:42 am)Traveling home from Christmas with my family, my car overheated on route 55. It was towed to Turnersville Mazda. We arrived late in the day. Within an hour they called me to say it was on the lift and what the initial findings were. The next morning they sent me a video of the problem and the car was ready to go. On top of this prompt service they initially told me that it would be $170 to diagnose and then whatever additional parts/labor it may require. When I arrived to pick it up they only charged me $82. I was four hours from home and everyone was wonderful including Juanita, in assisting on getting me back on the road. I highly recommend Turnersville Mazda and am greatly appreciative of everything that they did for me!

(January 8, 2021, 7:51 pm)Great experience so far at Turnersville Mazda. I was car shopping in September 2020, and this dealership was my first and last stop. I had never driven a Mazda before and I fell in love immediately with the CX-5. The sales associate was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He made the buying process a breeze. I was able to drive home with my 2017 CX-5 and have loved it more and more every day. The service department has been great as well, providing me with a loaner so I can still go to work while my car was being serviced. The technicians sent me a video of their look over, which no service department ever has, and did a great job. There were no surprises and everything was great. I was treated kindly and Juanita kept in contact all day to keep me updated. So far Mazda Turnersville is leagues ahead of any other dealership I've ever worked with and I am highly recommending them to future car buyers.
