BMW of Turnersville

I went in without an appointment as I was having an issue with my tires. Joe Urban got right on it and checked to make sure my warranty covered a new tire. It turned out I was due for an oil change as well so he suggested completing that service while I was there. He was attentive along the way even showing me a picture of a large screw that had apparently lodged itself into my tire. After the work was completed in a timely manner, he came back to explain everything one more time and escorted me to the cashier. I’m glad Joe is my service advisor and will continue to seek him out when I need service on my vehicle.

I bought a 2022 BMW X5 PHEV in January. I will say it’s been an adjustment getting use to the fickleness of an electric car. BMW of Turnersville has been amazing through out this process as things have come up with my charger. It’s a lot to get away from my job and two toddlers to handle issues when they come up, by luck I was connected to Amy in service who has bent over backwards to make me feel heard and assisted. She spent the time to hear me out and advocated my concerns to the technicians. She also killed two birds with one stone and had my service completed so I didn’t have to make another trip!! She’s amazing!!! Leaving no stone unturned and truly being available and promptly returning calls or notifying me of the status of my car. Working in the customer service industry, I know personally how hard it is to come by people that go the extra mile! She truly made all the difference and a continued customer out of me.

I truly love everything about BMW of Turnersville. The staff is the perfect combination of personable and knowledgeable. It's like visiting family when you interact with them and I always leave feeling valued after every experience. They truly care about me and my vehicle.

I thankfully am blessed enough to order new cars often and there’s not many dealerships like BMW of Turnersville. There Sales Experience is top notch and I’m In sales so I appreciate the amazing service. Big shout out to Carl Costantino who’s been a pleasure to work with on my last 3 Vehicle purchases. My first experience was my Z4 M40I and Carl took pictures texted it to me and sent me everything prior to me coming there. This place is 2.5 hours away without traffic and worth the trip for me from NY to give Carl the business as he’s just a great person. He also then took care of me on my next purchase a M3 Comp custom order and made sure the car was built how I wanted it. The last order the 22 X3M Competition for my wife. He did the same made sure everything was how I wanted it and most importantly the remote start which wasn’t on the 2020 we have. I picked this car up today and have to say it’s perfect and Carl you made the wife happy. Thanks for all that you do to make the experience hassle and stress free and to the management and finance departments and everyone involved there who make it quick and painless unlike many other experiences I've had.
