Kirk, Tyler, and the rest of their team are amazing! They were given an unbelievable task that was against all odds. This will be a long review, but people need to fully understand my background, my situation, and the talent of Turner Adjusting Group.

I have been in the insurance industry for over 17 years. Many insurance agents have been taught not to seek out the assistance of Public Adjusters and to trust the insurance claim process. This was ingrained into me but I had no where to go. Allstate Insurance was not cooperating and the Claim Agent was unethical. No one wanted to help us. I am sure glad that I found the Turner Adjusting Group.

In August 2020, my wife and I bought a home in the Poconos. The home was sold to us as “mint condition” with upgrades. My family and I lived in the home for only 4 months when the Blizzards of 2021 hit the area. We had two small children. Our youngest was a premature newborn with health issues. It was soon after these storms that our roof started to leak. I filed a claim with Allstate Insurance but they were absolutely no help! They dragged their feet for over 6 weeks. I kept contacting the claim agent and forwarding pictures of the increasing damages. In March 2021, my family and I had to leave the house because the entire house was flooded out from the snow and ice melting because the roof and siding failed.

Allstate finally sent someone out to look at the house. However, I did not trust the Claim Agent. He was already lying to me about my coverages and I called him out for it. I even identified myself as the Insurance Agent attached to the policy. At that moment, I called my office and told them to remove me from Allstate appointment because I wanted to avoid conflict of interest and pursue the benefits I am entitled to.

After fighting Allstate Claims for my benefits, the Claim Agent only wanted to give me approximately $51,000 for damages exceeding $200,000. Allstate did not want to budge. It was at this point my lawyer referred me to Turner Adjusting Group. I was hesitant at first due to my past training in insurance but I knew my lawyer was guiding me in the right direction.

The Group conducted a full inspection. They fought for every dollar. My house was a mess. Allstate and their water mitigation sub contractors did more damage than needed. Even the damage that was obvious Allstate was denying. Allstate did not even have a Preferred Contractor in the Poconos to fix our home. This resulted in more headaches because the original contractor that we hired stole $85,000 from us. Not to mention all of the stress from everything causing health issues for me.

In the end, we got enough money to fix the house. I regret not bringing them in sooner. I learned a lot from this experience. If you want a team that will fight the insurance companies for what you are entitled then this is your team! They will do it in a very professional, analytical, and detail oriented manner. They will supply the insurance company with reports to support their recommendations. The Turner Adjusting Group exceeded all of my expectations. They made it possible for us to get back into our home. If any of my family, friends, or clients ever experience a large loss again, the first call I will make is to the Turner Adjusting Group. Wish I can give 10 stars!!! Your best bet is to work with this company. We had an amazing experience working with Tyler. I can not imagine doing everything on my own. Turner adjusting group went above and beyond to help us settle our claim. Both Kirk and Tyler worked tirelessly to reach a suitable settlement. They are extremely knowledgeable and were able to provide their expertise to make sure that our claim was settled fairly with our best interest at the forefront. They handled all communication with the insurance company, which in itself was very time consuming. They responded to all of our questions and are very personable, professional people.
