    There is an amazing staff member at this office! Her name is Jeneice and she has been able to help me when their corporate offices could or would not. She is basically the reason I do not leave this company and get my health insurance elsewhere! I pay top dollar for the best health insurance Highmark offers and Jeneice saves the day anytime I need help! Promote her! That is all! Aloha~

    Being disabled due to the non-abilities to focus or read anymore is quite difficult. I received the greatest service ever. Not only did I get what I was looking for but I was treated with the utmost respect and know things had to be repeated several times. To see me you might say "there's nothing wrong with her" but I have a brain tumor. That is why when you see folks that appear ok when they park in H parking do not be judgemental for a person could have been in chemo all day. So you're ridiculing a hero. Thank you Highmark for being kind to me ... it's these kind of experiences that keep someone from feeling unworthy. Oh yeah and TY for my gift bag of goodies which included my pkg. of information. Again, Thanks
