I bought my CX-5 2 years ago and have only had it serviced here since day one. I have never dealt with a more professional and friendly staff. They are honest and always go the extra mile. This is the only place I will bring my car and I highly recommend there services.

I can't say enough great things about the service at North Penn Mazda. I am onto my second car from them in 11 years and throughout my time with them they are wonderful. Sue and Will in the service department take the time to listen to your issues with the car (unfortunately with a new car purchase there was a problem but dealt with immediately) and work with you to find the issue and fix it. They are courteous and friendly and make sure your experience with them is top notch. They check in to let you know how things are going with the car all throughout the process making you feel at ease leaving your vehicle with them. I know I am in good hands when it comes to Sue, Will and the gang at North Penn Mazda.

There are Mazda service centers closer to my house. After lackluster experience and reviews from friends and family, I decided to take the drive back to the dealer to get it serviced. The constant updates on the status of the car, the detail to hygienic disinfectant, especially during these crucial times, and friendly customer service makes this the go to service center. I'll take the drive to this dealership and service center every time just because of the amazing staff. I have never dealt with a dealership as amazing as North Penn!

North Penn Mazda is a great place to buy a car. Unfortunately for me I had to take my nearly new car in for body work after a fender bender. North Penn Mazda's friendly laid back attitude carries over into their service department. They were very personable, friendly, and helpful. They worked with my insurance to get things sorted out. My car looks new again. And they even detailed it! A+
