Bergey’s Lincoln

I am really like my new Aviator and the help to get the vehicle. Only thing I am not really happy about is there is no navigation installed on the vehicle. It is a luxury and high priced one but without the navigation does not make any sense to me. I do not blame my friend Charles Smith or the dealership but it is something should be mentioned when customer buying a vehicle like this to protect the name of the Licoln brand.

Wow...we bought a new Lincoln Nautilus and it took 2hrs to complete the entire sale, and most of that was going over features and differences in the vehicles. The process was SO painless I couldn't believe it (other than parting with the $$$). Our "consultant" was excellent, at no point did I feel pressured into anything, and his knowledge of the vehicle was strong ! He was open, honest about costs, and never once had to leave us to "go see the Wizard in the back room to discuss price". A great experience all around !

I purchased a used car from Bergey's Lincoln. The Lincoln warranty for a certified pre-owned car can't be beat. David Bingham was my salesperson. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and accomadating. My process from start to finish was excellent. I recommend David and Bergey's to everyone! Thank you!

Went in for inspection and emissions. The motivation was the free inspection that I got with the purchase of my car. Jeff and service was very accommodating and helpful. I'm having a problem with my driver side air condition seat and he and the technicians reviewed the options and took the time to call Lincoln engineering. How to turn the car next week for this service as it's covered by the warranty and I will get a loaner car which is very very convenient for me. I live quite a distance from the dealership. And they washed my car as a final gesture which I really appreciated. Overall a very good experience at this dealership. The folks are honest and helpful.

Have you ever given up hope of finding a professional in any industry, and then serendipitously you stumble across one that restores your faith? That’s exactly what happened with me when I met Charles Smith at Bergey’s.

I had an absolutely horrific experience at another dealership, and then resorted to internet searches and even Carvana (yuk) to find the car I was looking for. After two abysmal deliveries with Carvana I searched CarGurus.com and found exactly what I was looking for at Bergey’s. On a rainy Saturday at 11:30 am I called and spoke with Mr. Smith. With his low key approach and pleasant demeanor Charles immediately impressed me with his professionalism. Although I didn’t really have time to drive from Hershey to Lansdale I did, getting there about an hour before they closed. Charles encouraged us to take our time, take the car out for a spin and then come back and speak with them.

In reality there wasn’t much to discuss. According to the current market the car was priced accurately and true to Bergey’s word, the entire process went smoothly. There were a few minor issues they quickly addressed and the deal completed quickly and smoothly.

One may not have thought I found the Mercedes I was looking for at a Lincoln dealer but look at our nation, stranger things have happened!

Words are simply inadequate to express my appreciation for Charles and the team at Bergey’s. As a salty old Marine I’m not easily impressed, but these guys blew me away! I’m elated to have made their acquaintance. Thank you Prince Charles, you’ll be called upon to search for my next ride!
