Bergey's Kia

Great buying experience at a wonderful dealership! I am a detail person, so when it came time to replace my 14 yo SUV I decided a KIA Telluride was what I wanted. Luckily, I found Sarah at Bergey's KIA. She took the time to answer every detailed question that I had. Sarah was easy to deal with and very chill.

The entire buying and delivery process was seamless. Sarah was great and made sure that everything was ready before I visited the dealership. When she demonstrated the features of the car I was really impressed with her understanding and knowledge of the vehicle. Ryan in the business office was also great. He was able to find me a loan rate less than I was able to get on my own. Thanks for a great delivery process guys!

Awesome place! Really transparent and honest folks. No pressure, no bait and switch, just simple and straightforward. Our sales person Sarah was a pleasure to deal with. She took time to respond to my emails and also did an excellent job on all the vehicle delivery processes. She really knows the car inside out and she was able to give me a thorough walk through. Overall really satisfied.

I called several Kia dealers in the area, but Bergeys was the only one that was selling their cars at msrp. That alone was reason enough to buy, but Sarah sold me. She was attentive to my needs, got back to me promptly and was very knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of the deal.

Wow I am so glad to have 2021 in my rear view mirror. After a major car accident that I am still recovering from I was in the market for a new car. I decided the best car for me was the Telluride. Try finding one for a fair price.

The first thing I found was a lot of unsavory dealers out there. Several dealers had them but wanted as much as $16,000 over sticker price. On principle alone I would not spend that. I just hope people remember those who are doing this. I then found a dealer that would charge me sticker but told me he had an eight month wait. While I was still on crutches in October I really needed it by the beginning of the year. Then I went to Kia Bergey and met Stuart.

I called Bergey Kia and spoke to Stuart. At the time he did not know what was coming in but said if I called back at the end of the week he could tell me. I did and he did. He mentioned he had a SX in dark grey with expected delivery of 12/23. I told him I wanted that car and what did I have to do to insure it. He asked for a small deposit and that would reserve it for me. So I did.

Over the next six or so weeks I had to drive Stuart nuts. I stopped in a couple times and literally called almost weekly. If Stuart was not in he always emailed or returned my call to give me an update. My thought was if dealers are getting $16,000 over sticker what is it to keep Bergey’s from doing the same. Well I can tell you what that is: integrity.

I received the call from Stuart on 12/21 and set up an appointment to pick up the car the next day. When I got there he introduced me to John who was in charge of the paperwork. What a pleasure to deal with someone who did not force warranties. He explained my options but did not pressure me into buying anything over and above. He was so good at his job I do not think it took more than a half hour or so to finish. I have bought over twenty cars from dealers over my lifetime and this was one of the most organized I have dealt with.

Then back to Stuart who went over the details of the car. He made sure I was comfortable with all the bells and whistles before I took possession. Last but not least sincerely he offered if I had any questions to call or stop by.

The one mistake I made was not going to Bergey’s first. I bought my Ram Truck from them last year in Soderton but because their Kia dealer is small I thought I would be better served elsewhere. How wrong I was. Well I can tell you as long as they continue to do what they do, they will have a customer for life.
