Daren is a huge asset to Toshiba in Allentown. It is evident that he enjoys his job and cares about his customers. From the first time that he made a presentation, to several months later with the proposal of equipment options to meet the needs of the Church, through the day of delivery of the new copier, he stayed in touch and made sure that everything was transparent and well understood by everyone involved. After delivery, he followed up with further information for the machine, and checked in to ensure that everything was working properly and met our expectations. We had the drivers disappear from two of our office computers and Martin returned my call quickly, connected and walked me through the steps to reinstall the printers and actually helped solve another previously undetected issue. Always quick to come out for service calls. We love these guys!

This past week, we just had a new Toshiba EA 22548 delivered. The day before the new machine was suppose to arrive, I received a call from Ron at the IT help desk. He informed me that he was part of my installation team for the next day, and he wanted to remote in before hand to make a easy transition. He gathered all his information. Then he deleted old templates that we didn't use, and saved the ones we did. We discussed which features I planned on using. Ron was very personable and knowledgeable, and a pure pleasure to work with. The delivery and installation was flawless. Our installation team worked seamlessly. Our installer Lee, was here early than promised, and he came in with new machine, and removed the old machine quick and efficiently. Dave our sales rep was also here, to assist and walk us through the new machine after setup. Dale our service man, was excellent and personable as usual. Dale also initiated the call to Ron at the IT service desk, to remote in to setup all the computers in our office to function correctly with our new copier. There was an issue with one of computers not communicating with the copier after the set up. Dale called Ron back, and even though he was on another install team at that point was able to assist Dale with the communication issue. Dale also left me Ron's number if I had another issues. Which I did, and he was able to help me with the issue in no time at all. We are very happy with Toshiba, and would recommend them to any other business who is looking for a new copier.
