When you come in, if there's a line of container trucks waiting. You can pass them as you'll be turning to the left before the gate they are waiting at. You'll see a sign for truck entrance to Fyffes. Go down the road until you see all the trucks in the waiting area.

Park and to inside. You'll need the tag number for the tractor. If you don't have a twic card. There's a 46.50 fee ( cash only ) with a twic it's 26.00. ( this fee goes up Jan 1 2023 to 30.00 with a twic and 150.00 without a twic )

Once you check in. You'll go to your truck and wait on a text with a door number and the security car will guide you to the dock.

Once you back in. You'll go to the door next to door number 1. Check in at the window. Then go wait by your trailer to be loaded. You must be inside while being loaded.

Some reviews mentioned it being cold. It's not a freezer warehouse. It's about 60-65 inside while you wait. There is no where to sit while waiting.

Overall it's not a horrible experience and they seem to load trucks in the order you check in.

You will be here for 2-4 hours minimum.

Before checking in you will need to fill up a form.
Pay gate fee $26 if you have TWIC and $46.50 if you don’t.
In order to get loaded you need to be in the warehouse. Make sure you have a warm jacket to be inside by your trailer door while waiting.
If you lucky it make take 45 minutes in the warehouse.
Checked in 8:30am and out 10:30am.

I just pickup my load today here. The guy from office was just rude but not exaggerated in a way, u have to complete a paper with your info, truck, trailer, PO, after that , from the second desk u will receive the papers for loading, the ramp nr, and the confirmation of sale. Everything else went fast. I payed the entrance 20$, if u don’t have twick is 40$. I went to ramp 35 and in 55min i was loaded !!! I pickup my bills from the warehouse and I was ready to go. Before going inside the warehouse to load u need to slide the tandems all the way back and chocked the wheels!
