    I started invisalign about 4 months ago and have had nothing but fantastic results, all thanks to Dr Silke and her team - they are all fabulous! Thanks so much to Dr Silke, Skylar, Dominique, Luz and Raven for making this be a seamless process!

    Went to try to close out an account that I am the executor of and was told no one could help me and they might call me to make a time for me to come in.

    Update: Eric who called me back apologized and got thing set for me. Would have liked to see a better process for those thay come in like helping to set up an appointment when one comes in and needs help.

    Staff is so attentive, kind and takes the time to talk to the kids, and include them in their own care. We’ve been to this group, 1 for ortho 1 for dental so far since switching and phenomenal.

    We find that all staff is profesional, efficient and demonstrate their care for our children. Skylar was very detailed and explained clearly the procedure to our son and to us as parents. Thank you for all you do!

    Dr. Murray and the entire staff are very friendly and professional. They take extra time to set expectations and offer helpful suggestions to make sure my son practices good dental care and is wearing his rubber bands. We even get hand-written reminders in the mail in between appointments. Braces are coming off soon and we can't wait to see the results. Highly recommend this practice!

    All three of my children are patients at the Orthodontic Group of Chester County. We love Dr. Murray and his staff! Pam always greets us with a smile and helps with all of our needs! Anna is very accommodating and works with our family to coordinate visits and payment options. My daughter always feels special when the orthodontic assistant remembers that purple is her favorite color! They go out of their way to support our family and we couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

    On Dec 31 while I was there as a customer, the bank was robbed. Everyone was fine. I want to compliment the staff for being calm, acting professionally, and for taking care of the customers. Fantastic staff!
