Just wanted to share with everyone my experience at Quakertown Mitsubishi earlier this week. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to make an exception because of the positive experience I had with a rep named Dorothy.

My wife and I were looking to buy an Outlander, and we stopped into the above mentioned dealership just to take a look and maybe test drive the car. We were immediately enamored with Dorothy’s ebullient personality, and vehicle knowledge. She made us feel so very comfortable, and went over every detail of how we could leave there that day with the car we wanted. After a detailed conversation, we decided to buy that car on the spot, and I think we were sold on Dorothy more than the car itself.

I would recommend to anyone looking for a Mitsubishi, to go and speak with Dorothy.

Great experience with Tom Redd. Honest and gave me a fair price for my trade in and for the car I bought. I really appreciated that Tom didn't push to have me see cars outside of my price range or push to make a decision on the spot. Even my my father, who is a mechanic and hard to please, was happy with the overall process. Great experience overall. Highly recommend.

I came here testing the waters to actually think about getting a new car. But i did not know how welcoming and assisting the staff would. They were very helpful and actually guided me towards buying a new car. One of the staff there by the name of Omar Degante really made my car buying experience a breeze. Usually u have car dealers to try to pressure you but he was actually very persistent to the options i wanted. I would definitely recommend coming here again either for a friend or a family member, the staff really go above and beyond to making sure your behind something you really want.
