The Glen At Shawmont Station

I lived at The Glen for a little over 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed my experience!!! It’s a beautiful community that is safely nestled up in the hills and has some of the kindest residents. The property’s leasing office and maintenance team really go out of their way to ensure that all residents’ quality of living is of the highest standards. From very quick responses to maintenance requests to regular community-wide events such as regular (e.g. weekly) local food trucks on-site, one cannot go wrong with choosing to call The Glen their home. If I hadn’t moved out away from PA entirely, I surely would still be there!

My apartment was very beautiful and spacious inside! The upper level units have amazing, tall ceilings that make your place feel very roomy and spacious. I especially appreciated having an in-laundry unit which was at the top of my list when apartment hunting. Parking is ample and there are even electric vehicle charging stations should you need them! If you have furry friends there are also community events for them as well as an on-site dog park. All in all, if you are looking for a safe, beautiful, and supportive community, look no further than The Glen!

I was a resident for over 5 years, and would definitely recommend it. The property is secluded and quiet and offers ample parking which was great.

The apartment had everything I needed, and the few times I needed maintenance they were able to take care of everything in a timely manner. It is clear that the Glen team care about their property!

Love the housing styled apartments, overall scenery, and staff. Maintenance is very responsive and the property is routinely cleaned and improving. You can tell that the owners truly care about keeping The Glenn looking and feeling exceptional.

- a dog park
- washer and dryer in every unit
- Ivy Ridge station (4 min drive)
- chocolates on your porch every new year

I recommend this cute and charismatic complex to anyone!

If you're looking for a new apartment in Philadelphia, the Glen is perfect for new families and those commuting to Grad school! The staff is so incredibly nice and was very accommodating when we had to move in "sight-unseen" from Michigan last summer. Kevin was awesome and got pictures and all of the details about the apartment we were looking at the day we called, and we were able to sign the lease that same week and move in a few weeks later. Management and maintenance were always on top of everything too, for a very reasonable price of living in a big city. We highly recommend the Glen to anyone moving to Philly!
