Melissa walked us through each step of the process, was honest and upfront about everything, communicated with us and the sellers flawlessly, and gave us space to make decisions along the way. She was so responsive and open about any question we had and would take the time to explain if need be. She made the whole process smooth with no unnecessary additional stress. As first time home buyers, Melissa was there every step of the way to answer all of our questions. She was extremely attentive and checked in with us frequently to be sure that she was meeting our needs. Melissa also had great local knowledge of the area, and went out of her way to help us find a roofer and other services after inspection. I would highly recommend Melissa to a friend, as our experience with her was great! 5/5 stars!
