Our built in wall unit came out better than we could have ever imagined. It's beyond beautiful. We would 100% recommend and we are hoping to work with him again in the future!

(October 14, 2020, 12:13 pm)We saw an article in a magazine for this store, so we drive 2.5 hours. It was worth the trip! Beautifully cultivated and arranged. Fitting rooms are spacious. I picked up some home decor items, a hand made sweatshirt, and vintage clothes. All on-trend. The sales person was appropriately masked and respectful of social distancing.

Todd arrived at my house to take all the measurements and get and understanding of what we were looking for. He gave a few valued suggestions, nothing out of ordinary, and that we have found great use with. I highly recommend Tailored Living and will use them again for other projects in my new home.

Todd is a good listener, he was able to grasp everything I needed and was very respectful and mindful about my budget. The crew was very respectful, very polite, did an excellent job with installation and clean up. I am now moving on with Phase 2 of my closet project - with Todd and Crew of course.

I've used other companies in past homes that I've owned over the years and was never completely satisfied whether it was quality, installation issues, etc. Definitely not the case here. I called from a mailing that was mailed to me and they set an appointment to come out and measure very quickly. Todd came and helped with the design especially with a long closet with some challenging dropped ceiling issues. Then I couldn't have had 2 nicer more professional installers do the actual installation and Todd was in the area so he stopped by to check on things. The quality is excellent and the pricing was more than fair because I ended up having them add shelves to several other closets. They didn't disappoint. They arrived on time and finished in the time frame that they said. They deserve the 5 star rating.
