The owners communicate on a regular basis with change of hours, holidays, etc. There was an incident at the facility and they called right away to assure us that everything was under control. They addressed my concerns right away and made me feel confident. Top notch owners! Thank you for a very good experience!

The team is all obviously very knowledgeable and great instructors. Good variety in music and great workout. -

But most importantly, you can feel the positive and encouraging energy in her class and everyone is smiling. She belongs on stage motivating and inspiring people to do their best. Always felt amazing leaving her class!
