The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and kind.
I am happy I’m at the YMCA in Phoenixville, and in the Kinetic Physical Therapy and Human Performance Center there. -

Update: I'm removing a star after going here after a year and a half I made the mistake of going on one of the days I normally don't come, hence I was a stranger to the front desk... it was like I was attending a Y in another country. I came in with a guess and said we were only going to play bball. Half hour in we had people "checking in" on us to confirm we were where we said said we'd be. It was so embarrassing and humiliating to a potential member. I get there's not many of us who come there, but it is 2022, as a business that professes to strive for inclusion, we should be better than this. -

(June 12, 2022, 7:38 pm)The staff is always friendly and it’s always very clean. In comparison to other locations, the playground isn’t great and really could use some updating. My kids have done gymnastics and ballet at this location and enjoyed both classes a lot. Their basketball courts are also really nice.
