Hello Mr. Aldo!
We just want to take this time to say thank you so very much for your impeccable service on the morning of Tuesday, 12/6/2022 with making arrangements for us to see our little precious beautiful son and ever so little sweetpea!!! 💙🧸🕊️Your team has done a phenomenal job with taking care of him since Saturday, 12/3/2022. I’m unsure of who the two gentlemen names were that came to the hospital room. But when I say that this was an exceptional five star service it was beyond that! As, I was having difficulty with my son leaving and my fiancé taking the lead to hand Baby Jeremy over to your team, my fiancé expressed that while he was placing Baby Jeremy into the carrier, he stated that the one gentlemen strapped him in was very gentle and offer words of comfort and told us to reach out if we needed anything in the meantime. Not only was these two men compassionate with handling our son they were extremely professional. Please give our sincere gratitude to these meritorious men who had the pleasure of getting Baby Jeremy to the funeral home safely!! Mr. Aldo, I encountered meeting you for the very first time in 2009 when I suffer 2 stillbirths and you are the exactly what I remembered over 10 years ago, a sweet, kind, compassionate human being who takes his time with families and have always accommodated any requests in seeing your loved one and making the overall process be very graceful and heartfelt. In speaking, to you over the phone while at the hospital and trying to make arrangements for our son to be picked up is a memory Jeremy and I will never forget. Thank you so much Mr. Aldo for coordinating pick up with ChristianaCare Hospital Social Worker Ms. Sonia. WE will forever be grateful for Strano & Feeley Family Funeral Home!!! You're the epitome of being kind, compassionate, exceptional human beings providing exceptional funeral services for loved ones. WE are forever grateful for both you and your team compassion, kind words of comfort and exceeding our expectations during this unimaginable, difficult and very traumatic life experience. You and your team is meritorious and is everything we prayed for in asking God for this process to go smoothly for us. We pray for you and your team as you all continue to be impactful in the families lives you touch!!! Never did we feel rushed and unlike, most funeral homes where sometimes families are, it is pivotal that taking time with the families is important to the overall healing process of losing a loved one.

From Ms. Jamie (Funeral Director) who was extremely kind during the initial meeting with signing documents and explaining the process to us. Ms. Jamie was very compassionate and gentle in bringing our son to us so we can hold him again as we hadn’t seen him since Aldo’s team picked him up from the hospital, Ms. Linda who assisted with getting our son’s obituary and picture posted to the website and Ms. Nylza who sat with us to order cremation jewelry and was such a pleasure to speak with.
