The rooms are CLEAN!!!
the bed was comfortable, so comfy, you don't want to get up in the morning, hehe :)
The owner was a very nice man.
Very polite. Welcomed us even if it was very LATE at night, with open arms.
Fair pricing.
Big large flat screen tv in room.
Very quiet, no one bothers you.
Would def stay again!
And we recommend you try it out too!
Good location. Plenty of things to do locally. Things of history. Farmers markets. And good ol Columbus flea market all nearby. Close to main highways and I95.

If you're used to hotels, this won't be a good fit. If you're used to motels, this is one is pretty good. The ownership is friendly and helpful. The room is well-kept. The bathroom could definitely use upgrading.

Was actually a decent stay. The bathroom needed a little updating but the rooms were plenty big enough. Clean. Decent price. The man that checked me in was courteous and professional. Seen alot worse.

Stayed here many years ago. The office personnel were very friendly & the rooms very clean and this place is not far from the Jersey Shore or the Pine Barrens/Wharton State Forest where I used to go off-roading at quite a bit . Prices back then I believe about $55.00 nite so it's nice they didn't raise their rates all that much.

Excellent rates. Good location for me for the moment since I travel a lot. It was secluded and private, which worked for me. Rooms are spacious, very clean and looks exactly as the pictures posted. However the water have a weird smell, probably from rusted pipes or something. The owner was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were very clean. I slept well.
