(June 12, 2023, 12:11 pm)Made a reservation online. Todd gave me a call promptly. This was my first time renting a storage unit so I came to the location instead of signing up online. He was very patient and friendly. Todd showed me the locker, went through what to expect, answered my questions, and walked through the first time and ongoing charges to expect. I was in and out within 15 minutes.
I'll keep this review 5 stars as long as there are no surprises or gotchyas as I use the facility over the next months! -

(May 18, 2023, 11:16 am)Renting a unit was quick & easy and move-in was painless. The unit was as expected & at one of the best prices in the area.
I decided to upgrade and (except for the unavoidable hauling of stuff from one unit to the other) the process was seamless. Todd was once again helpful & personable, showing me the available units that met my needs & preferences and transferring my prepaid balance and rate benefits to the new unit. He also took the time to update the account details and add me as an authorized user so I wouldn't have to drag my dad back to the office if I needed to make any more changes. -

As soon as he saw me he asked me to please wait because he had to finish with the other person. As a customer all I want is the person working to acknowledge my presence with a smile and let me know that he or she will be right with me. Todd did this in a kind manner and he gave me an explanation as to why he asked if I could wait. This is customer service the way it should be. I appreciate the feeling of being welcomed into a place of business. Todd did a great job!!! Thank you!!!

The whole team has been great, the facility is clean and my unit was in good condition. Thanks to everyone at ExtraSpace making this a painless experience. Definitely recommended!
