They did right by me. Prices are decent, no ripoff schemes at this jeweler. Good quality, family run. Avoid the mall and other big box jewelry stores because they will overcharge like crazy.

I highly recommend this jeweler. This is the second piece of custom jewelry they have made for me and it came out exactly as I wanted it. The first piece was a charm and the second were new mounts for my diamond solitaries. I found a picture of mounts online and showed them a picture (yes just a picture). Marvin was able to replicate the mounts exactly as shown. Price was very fair as well. Can’t wait to get something else made.

I cannot recommend Marvin Scott & Co. highly enough. While abroad in Egypt, my fiancé bought me a beautiful halo set engagement ring. When I brought it to Marvin Scott & Co. it had already had one stone replaced. They did a beautiful job but within a few days, another stone fell out. You may ask, why are you giving them five stars? I returned to Marvin Scott & Co. frustrated and they took the ring again. After about two week or so later, the ring still hadn't been finished. The first time I was there it only took a few days. I called to check on the progress.

They were super frank and open with me. He said he sees this problem regularly and that what the ring needs is a reconstruction of the entire face to secure all the stones. He said that it was taking so long because my insurance originally refused to pay for a full reconstruction. I had to laugh when he said, but I use the same company to insure the whole store and with the amount of money I pay them they better agree.

So while it took a while, the ring was well worth the wait. I meant to review much sooner since I was very pleased with the customer service but I am almost glad it slipped my mind, because now several months on, all the stones are still perfect. Marvin Scott & Co. really went above and beyond not just in service but in advocating for me.

There is a special area where you can pick out diamonds and they explain the different aspects of the diamond and what you want to purchase. They also work with your budget which is a relief when it comes to jewelry stores.

The selection of jewelry is huge so you are guaranteed to find something nice! They have frequent sales on popular items too!

They have a GREAT selection of watches from low on the budget to heavy on the budget!
