Called Mark to fix a leak in the roof. Mark was able to come take a look quickly. He recognized multiple problems with my aging roof and walked me through them. We decided to replace the roof. Mark was very responsive. Him and his team were on time and did a great job. Very easy to work with and their prices were reasonable. I will definitely be using them going forward for all my roofing needs.

Mark and his crew were professional and respectful of our family needs. Punctual, showed up on time, ready to work with his crew. He took the day, also took all the scrap and rotting wood to dispose of. He showed before and after pictures-- we have a 2 year old and it was not at all a bother to have them work on the roof. Mark showed up same day for a quote on a new main roof, gave me a date and time for the job, and was prompt and communicative through the entire process. Living in several 100+ year old homes in Philadelphia throughout my life, I have had my fair share of experiences with contractors, and Mark was absolutely one of the best I have ever dealt with. My neighbors even stopped me when I got home from work to mention how nice and how hardworking the crew was doing the job on my roof.

Called Riley roofing and Mark answered and he came out same day. Mark Inspected the roof and was able to identify issues right away and gave me an idea of the work needed and price range. Later that day he sent over an invoice and once I responded he gave me a date and time. Mark confirmed on the day before that the job was still on and the time he would be there and what yo expect. Mark and his crew showed up on time and worked all day. The roof looks amazing and Mark was a pleasure to deal with. This company is top notch.
