A year ago our neighbor had a roof leak and called Big Joe's Roofing, they showed up right away and fixed the problem. When we decided to get our roof replaced, we called Big Joe. They were out ahead of schedule to inspect and give an estimate, and scheduled the repair 5 days later. Would recommend this business to anyone with an emergency or routine repair.

Called couple roofers to repair the flat roof and Big Joe responded and provided a quotation to replace the whole rubber roof within an hour. Although, the "repair" exceeded my budget but I got a brand new rubber roof within one week so I can't complain.

Big Joe's Roofing fully replaced the shoddy bay siding work completed by another contractor (Perma Seal) and fully repaired a leak that was not resolved by that same dishonest contractor.

Joe provided a reasonable quote and delivered on the agreement we made. He did not ask for any money up front and his crew showed up on time and left my property clean. Totally professional and the end result speaks for itself. This was such a smooth transaction and I will definitely do business with this contractor again!

I had a great experience with Big Joe's Roofing from start to finish. His pricing is very fair. Better than fair, actually, when you consider the quality of the installation. It was a very demanding job including slate removal and new plywood sheathing over the existing deck. The roof is steep and the ground access is tight, so our understanding neighbors donated use of their side yard. Joe communicated clearly and consistently throughout the project and kept me informed. At 8am on the day, nine guys showed up ready to work and the dumpster arrived on time. Tom and Frank and Pete were very polite, friendly, and informative, making sure to ask if I needed anything. The two crews worked together seamlessly and got the job done in a little over two days even though they had to contend with an unexpected severe thunderstorm. Their quick tarps prevented any leaks during the storm. Yes, the slate removal was messy, but the clean-up was very thorough, even going over the ground with magnets to pick up any stray nails that might be in the grass. No complaints from our wonderful neighbors. The dumpster was picked up immediately when full. Big Joe had his guys do exactly what we agreed upon without cutting any corners, and presented me with drone photos of the job progression. As an owner/manager of rental properties I have many years of experience hiring roofing contractors. I highly recommend Big Joe's.
