(February 14, 2022, 1:33 pm)The first few interactions I had with them were amazing! Terry was very responsive and came right out to give me a quote. Their prices were also great and they got me scheduled right away. When it actually came time to start the work, they just never showed up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought they must just be running a day two or behind. 3 days went by I still hadn’t heard from them. I called Terry several times, leaving voicemails each time and emailed her several times as well with no response. Finally after about about 3 weeks past when my cabinets where supposed to be completed, she got in touch with me and let me know when they could come and do the job. When they finally came out, they were professional, on time, and The cabinets turned out great!. Even after starting off in the wrong foot, I am happy that I used them and the cabinets turned out exactly how I wanted! So thank you for making things right and doing a fantastic job after all.
