Pedrozas Painting llc. I would recommend this business to anyone without hesitation. They are all the things above and more. You will not be disappointed. Try them and see they can do it all. This was my basement renovation. The bottom pictures were before and the top are after. Love it.

The Pedroza team replaced 30-year-old cedar siding on about a 1/3 of our house with Hardyboard before painting the structure with three colors, including a board-on-board fence around the courtyard. The job is top notch, beautiful, professionally and efficiently executed. We plan to use Pedroza on another project outfitting our garage.
