The best dojo I ever joined. Extremely well run, great for families. Great instructors and very reasonable. Also has much going on with different events. Feels like family here.

When you go for the tour and you are told that it is a family atmosphere, its not just a sales pitch. At my son's first class, the instructors and other students he worked with made him feel very welcome. As a beginner with no experience, he made his mistakes but was built up by everyone. By the time we left, his nervousness was gone and he had a smile on his face and is very eager to continue his training. Q-Town was definitely the right choice for our dojo.

The coaches here are amazing. They meet every person where they are to inspire growth. I have noticed a huge increase in my son’s confidence and work ethic since he started. He loves going and I am thankful we decided to try.

Our son, 4, expressed he wanted to become a "karate chopper". We looked at a couple of places before deciding VMMA was the best fit for our family. After a month of classes, we know we made the right choice. VMMA is amazing. It is so spacious and clean. The coaches are so wonderful with the kids. They really connect with them and invest in them. They genuinely care about the kids and the importance of the values they are teaching them. My son is usually very shy and reserved around other people yet at the VMMA, they bring out a side of him that many do not get to see. He is assertive, outspoken, and confident. It is like night and day after only a month. I am thankful for the VMMA and their coaches. Coach Jared, Coach Jen, and Coach Kevin are a blessing! I cannot say enough good things about this place and it's people.
