Pranzos is amazing. Whatever they do everytime they explain everything in great detail. Very patient and work with you. They are efficient and pricing is not over priced. All the staff is so kind and friendly including the techs. Their office is so clean and cozy. I have gone to many shops throughout the valley and this is by far my favorite place. Feels like family vs just a shop to take your money. Highly recommend their services. Thank you to the team for being awesome!

Today they inspected my Jeep. The tech did a thorough inspection but didn’t try to take advantage of me. I had an appointment at 1pm they promptly did their work and were done by 2pm.

I have been a customer for several years now, and I really appreciate how kind and professional they are here. I have been bringing my card for oil changes, but also repairs, and I am always very happy with the result.

There’s a reason I shifted to using these guys exclusively and will continue to use them religiously: the people. They’re not just talented and honest, but kind and understanding. They’ll go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with what’s being done, diagnosing issues & making sure you are happy. Service and quality is no joke here.

I wish I found them sooner and I refuse to let anyone else work on my vehicles. Period.
